I know what you mean about trying to grow veg and herbs here in Qld. So many bugs and possums and turkeys and toads ... I gave up after a few years. Good luck with your vegepod.

Gosh that banquet menu looks good as does pretty much everything you've been cooking/eating. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I wish I could stay at yours with a full board situation! Can't believe how many cabanas are on that beach - makes me wonder how we got by with a book and a towel!

Love your office - it looks very professional but comfortable with a view of the pool - so decadent.

As ever wonderful food descriptions which make me feel hungry and inadequate that I’m not delving into my cook books more

I just read a story about how Australia is rebelling against the cabanas that are a blight on the beaches...and you experienced the same thing up close! As for Tucci, have you ever made his fried zucchini pasta?
